These Official Rules govern the Jetvia “Greens Sweepstakes” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
1. Sponsor and Administrator
Sponsor:
Jetvia (referred to herein as “Jetvia” or “Sponsor”). Jetvia is the host and promoter of this Sweepstakes.
Administrator:
Jetvia will administer the Sweepstakes and is responsible for its execution. For any questions or concerns about these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes, you may contact Jetvia’s customer service.
2. Eligibility
This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
Residency:
Legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia). Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and overseas military installations, and void where prohibited by law.
Age:
25 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must have reached the age of majority in their state of residence (which is 21 in all states for the purposes of this Sweepstakes).
Non-Eligibility of Sponsor Affiliates:
Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Jetvia, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and any other parties involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee or affiliate, are not eligible to enter or win.
Participation Requirements:
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating, entrants certify that they meet all eligibility requirements and agree to abide by these Official Rules.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on May 21, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on May 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”). Entries must be received (or postmarked, in the case of mail-in entries) during the Entry Period to be eligible. Sponsor’s computer (or the Administrator’s timekeeping device) is the official time-keeping mechanism for this Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) methods of entry for the Sweepstakes. Each eligible person may enter via either method described below (or both). No purchase is necessary to participate, and making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Limit of one entry per person per method (for a maximum of two entries if both methods are used) during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries beyond the stated limit, or any attempts to circumvent entry restrictions, may result in disqualification of all entries by that entrant.
Method 1 – Entry via Sweepstakes Form Submission:
To enter the Sweepstakes, visit during the Entry Period and complete the online entry form in its entirety. The Entry Period begins on May 21, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on May 30, 2025. Limit one (1) entry per person. All required fields must be completed accurately for the entry to be eligible. Incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate entries will be disqualified. No purchase or booking is necessary to enter. Entries submitted through any means other than the official Sweepstakes form will not be accepted. Entries are subject to verification and eligibility confirmation.
Method 2 – Alternate Free Method of Entry (No Purchase Required):
To enter without making a booking or purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a postcard or index card, and mail it in a sealed envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period (between May 21, 2025 and May 30, 2025) and received by Sponsor no later than June 5, 2025. Each mailed envelope is limited to one entry (i.e., one postcard per envelope). Mass-produced, mechanically reproduced, or automated entries are not permitted. Illegible, incomplete, postage-due, or late submissions will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for mail that is lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or postage-due.
Entry Conditions:
Regardless of method of entry, there is a limit of one entry per person per method. An entrant may use both entry methods (for a maximum of two entries total), but may not exceed one entry via booking and one entry via mail. Multiple bookings by the same person will still count as one entry (similarly, multiple mail-in entries from the same person will count as one, unless otherwise expressly permitted). Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more entries than allowed, whether by using multiple identities, email addresses, or any other means, will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
5. Prize Description
Prize (1 Winner):
One (1) free hour of private jet flight time provided by Jetvia, redeemable when the winner books a private jet trip of at least three (2) hours in length. In practice, this means the winner will receive a credit for one hour of flight time at no charge, applied to a future Jetvia booking of three or more hours. The free hour will be deducted from the total billable hours of the qualifying trip (for example, if the winner books a 2-hour flight, they will only be charged for 2 hours; if they book a 4-hour flight, they will be charged for 3 hours, etc.). There are no blackout dates or restrictions on aircraft type for redeeming the free hour prize – the winner may apply it to any private jet in Jetvia’s fleet, subject to availability and scheduling. The prize must be redeemed in accordance with Jetvia’s standard booking procedures and is subject to scheduling availability (advance reservation is recommended).
Approximate Retail Value (ARV):
The ARV of the prize is approximately $5,000.00 USD (estimate of one hour of private jet flight time). Actual value may vary based on aircraft type and route selected; any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded.
No Cash Value & Non-Transferability:
The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or transferred to another person. The prize may only be used by the confirmed winner, and only in conjunction with a qualifying Jetvia booking as described. If the winner is unable or unwilling to use the prize as described (for example, if the winner cannot commit to a 3-hour booking to redeem the free hour), the prize will be forfeited. No alternate prize or cash substitute will be provided.
No Substitution:
No substitution of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with another reward of equal or greater value in its sole discretion, if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Conditions of Prize Redemption:
The winner will coordinate with Jetvia to apply the free flight hour credit to a future booking. The booking using the prize must comply with all of Jetvia’s normal terms of service and safety standards. The prize credit must be used in a single booking (one trip) and cannot be split across multiple trips. Any additional flight time beyond the free hour (i.e., the required minimum 3 paid hours and any hours beyond 4 total) and any other costs or fees (such as taxes, fees, gratuities, or other travel-related expenses not explicitly included in the prize) are the responsibility of the winner. All federal, state, and local taxes arising from acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will provide the winner with an IRS Form 1099 for the actual value of the prize if required by law.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner Selection
Beginning on or about June 10th, 2025, and continuing daily, the Sponsor or its independent judging agency will randomly select one (1) potential winner each day at 7 PM CT from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Notification
The potential winner will be notified via the contact information provided at entry. For booking entries, notification will be sent to the email address or phone number associated with the booking. For mail-in entries, notification will be sent via the email address or phone number provided on the postcard (or via mail if no other contact method was supplied). Sponsor will make at least two (2) attempts to contact the potential winner within a period of five (5) business days after the drawing. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure they provided accurate and up-to-date contact information.
Winner Requirements
The potential winner will be required to respond (e.g., by email or phone) to the winner notification within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt. The potential winner may also be required to complete and return certain documents to claim the prize, including but not limited to:
- An Affidavit of Eligibility (certifying eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules) and a Liability/Publicity Release (releasing Sponsor from liability, and except where prohibited by law, permitting Sponsor to use winner’s name and likeness for advertising purposes without additional compensation).
- Any required tax forms (such as an IRS W-9 form) and other documentation as reasonably requested by Sponsor to verify eligibility and to arrange prize fulfillment.
These documents will be provided to the potential winner by Sponsor and must be signed and returned within the timeframe specified in the notification (typically within 7 to 10 days of receipt). If the potential winner fails to respond to the notification or to return the required documents within the specified time, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited. In the event of forfeiture, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain unawarded if not claimed.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. All decisions of Sponsor and the judging organization are final and binding in all matters relating to the drawing and awarding of the prize.
7. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants to Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner’s name, likeness (including profile photo or images), biographical information, city and state of residence, and any statements made regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without review, notification, approval, or additional compensation.
The winner may be asked to sign a separate publicity release to this effect as part of the prize acceptance paperwork. This publicity release is not a requirement to receive the prize where prohibited by law (for example, Tennessee does not allow mandatory publicity releases). In such cases, Sponsor will not use the winner’s name or likeness without their explicit permission.
8. General Conditions
Release of Entries
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor.
No Disruptive Behavior
Any attempt by any participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such entrant from the Sweepstakes.
Reservation of Rights
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (in whole or in part) if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or fairness has been impaired. This may be due to any cause beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other condition which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may, in its discretion, conduct a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of cancellation to award the prize (if not yet awarded).
Decisions are Final
All decisions by Sponsor regarding the administration of this Sweepstakes and the selection of the winner are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Verification
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of any entrant or winner before awarding any prize. An entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry (for the purposes of electronic entries). The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to that email or phone by an internet provider, online service provider, telephone service provider or other organization responsible for assigning such accounts.
Clerical Errors
Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or clerical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials (including these Official Rules or advertising of the Sweepstakes). In the event of any inconsistency between any advertising and these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall govern.
9. Release and Limitations of Liability
By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Jetvia, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or causes of action of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related to the prize). This release of liability covers, but is not limited to:
Entries and Technical Issues
Any errors or issues that result in lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged, or garbled entries; any failure of the website or entry mechanisms; any technical malfunctions of telephone networks, computer systems, servers, or providers; equipment failures; software glitches; or other errors (whether human, technical, or electronic) that may occur in the transmission, receipt, processing, or winner selection for the Sweepstakes. The entrant understands that if their entry is lost or not properly received or recorded for any reason, including due to technical difficulties or error, the entrant is not eligible to win.
Personal Injury or Property Damage
Any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or other harm (including death) or any property damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or from the use or misuse of the prize (specifically including any travel on a private jet provided by Jetvia). The winner assumes all risks and responsibility for any such travel and must adhere to all safety instructions provided by Jetvia and its flight crew.
Acceptance of Prize
The Released Parties are not responsible if the prize is forfeited or cannot be used by the winner for any reason, including inability to book a qualifying trip, issues with scheduling, or personal circumstances of the winner. The winner agrees that the prize is offered “as is” with no warranty or guarantee (express or implied) by Sponsor outside of the standard warranties that may apply to Jetvia’s services.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or the winner’s use of the prize, whether such liability is based on negligence, contract, tort, or any other basis, and even if the Released Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the entrant’s actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in participating in the Sweepstakes (if any), and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees. By entering, each entrant waives the right to claim any damages or seek any other relief other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
Disclaimer
The Released Parties make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any prize awarded. Entrants participate in this Sweepstakes at their own risk.
10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement
Governing Law
This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and the United States of America, without regard to conflicts of law principles. The venue for any actions not subject to arbitration (as outlined below) shall be in an appropriate state or federal court located in New York, NY, and by entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts for the resolution of any disputes.
Arbitration
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration. Entrants expressly waive the right to a jury trial or to litigate any dispute in court before a judge or jury. This agreement to arbitrate is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce, and the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16) applies to the interpretation and enforcement of this provision.
Arbitration Procedure
The arbitration shall be administered by a neutral arbitrator mutually agreeable to both parties (or if the parties cannot agree, an arbitrator appointed pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association, “AAA”). The arbitration will follow the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the AAA (or similar rules for consumer disputes) in effect at the time the arbitration is initiated, except as otherwise expressly stated herein. The arbitration will take place in New York, New York, or in the entrant’s county of residence, or via a virtual/telephonic forum, at the election of the entrant.
Arbitration Finality
The arbitrator’s decision will be confidential, final, and binding on both parties, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The arbitrator will have the authority to award legal and equitable relief, including, but not limited to, compensatory damages, but may not award any punitive or exemplary damages or any relief not allowed by these Official Rules.
Class Action Waiver
Entrants agree that any arbitration shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator shall have no authority to consider or resolve any dispute or claim surrounding this Sweepstakes as a class action or in a representative capacity. Entrants further agree that the arbitrator has no authority to consolidate or join the claims of separate parties or individuals.
Exceptions
Notwithstanding the foregoing arbitration agreement, nothing in these Official Rules will prevent an entrant from pursuing relief in a small claims court for disputes or claims within the scope of that court’s jurisdiction. Also, nothing in these rules shall prohibit a party from seeking temporary injunctive relief in a court of law in order to preserve the status quo or prevent imminent harm, until such time as the arbitration may be conducted.
Opt-out Right
If an entrant does not wish to be bound by this arbitration clause and class action waiver, they may opt out by sending written notice to Jetvia at the address listed under Sponsor below, postmarked no later than the final date of the Entry Period. The opt-out notice must include the entrant’s name, address, the name of this Sweepstakes, and a clear statement that they do not agree to the arbitration terms herein. Opting out of this arbitration provision will not affect the entrant’s chances of winning.
Invalidity
If any portion of this Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement is found to be unenforceable or illegal, such portion shall be severed and the remainder of this section shall remain in full force and effect. However, if the Class Action Waiver above is found to be unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement shall be null and void. This Dispute Resolution provision shall survive the conclusion of the Sweepstakes and the awarding of the prize.
11. Privacy and Personal Information
Any personal information collected from entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor and its agents solely for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes (including winner notification and prize fulfillment) and for any other purpose to which entrants consent, in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants agree to the collection, use, and sharing of their personal information in this manner.
Privacy Policy
Information submitted by entrants is subject to Jetvia’s Privacy Policy, which can be found on Jetvia’s website (see the “Privacy Policy” link at the bottom of Jetvia’s homepage). Entrants are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy to understand how their information may be used. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, do not participate in the Sweepstakes or provide any personal information.
Communications
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants may receive transactional communications from Sponsor (such as confirmation of entry or winner notification). Entrants will not be added to any marketing mailing list unless they have expressly opted in to receive such communications. If, during the entry process (or on the mail-in entry), an entrant affirmatively opts in to receive future marketing communications from Jetvia, they may be contacted in accordance with Jetvia’s Privacy Policy (and will have the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time). Opting in or out of marketing communications will not affect one’s chances of winning.
Winner’s Name Disclosure
As required by law or permitted by these rules, the winner’s name (and state) may be included in a publicly available winners list or announced by Sponsor. By entering, the winner consents to the disclosure of their name and general location on such a list, in accordance with applicable laws.
12. Winner List and Official Rules Requests
For a copy of these Official Rules, or to obtain the name of the winner (available after a winner has been confirmed), you may send a written request to Sponsor at the address below. Requests must be received within 60 days after the end of the Entry Period. Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for winner name requests.
